Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave for heat therapy. For cold therapy- place in the freezer for an hour.
Drop a few drops of your favourite diffuser blend for added benefits.

Some tips for usage:
- cold on eyes for swelling
- warm on eyes and forehead for headaches
- warm on the back of neck for muscle tension
- cold on the back of neck for hot flashes
- cold on lower abdomen for period cramps
- warm on baby’s stomach to help with constipation and gas (be careful with the temp on this one)
- Do not take from freezer and put in microwave right away. Let thaw and reach room temp
